Zulqarnain revealed that he used to be in a group back in the day and Kanwal and him met at an event but did not talk much. Kanwal had a falling out with one of his group members but he had started liking kanwal by then. He then kept pushing that things get better between his friends and Kanwal. He finally asked her if she was engaged or in love with someone else. When she replied no, he told her that he liked her and he will marry her soon.
Zulqarnain also revealed that he kept testing knawal multiple times in their relationship as he thought that it is better to test your life partner before hand. and today they are super happy with each other.
