Nooran Makhdoom is a Tere Bin writer who is facing a lot of criticism on the recent twists and turns in the drama Tere Bin. Well, fans are now angry on Tere Bin’s script and brainless characters who act opposite to personality traits, Murtasim was kind-hearted, humanitarian and calm man who often acts opposite to who he is. Meerab is a strong-headed woman who after opposite to her personality and planned her sister-in-law’s marriage and gave her safe exit from house. She’s also not interested in fulfilling her husbands rights but she wants to keep him mesmerized with her beauty. In recent interview with Maliha Rehman the writer defends all her characters and Tere Bin Script.
Talking about Haya, she said, “the Tere Bin buffs say, ‘I am like Haya or even I am Haya, I think if people are hating Haya this much that means she’s too good in her craft, if they are loving Musrtasim he’s good, if they are liking Meerab, she is good, I think Haya has performed very well, she’s amazing, she has worn the character of villain and is displaying her best. Talking about Murtasim she says, “Murtasim is my favorite character in the drama. People think that I love my heroes, I give them room and spac, my reply to the people that all the characters are connected Murtasim’s character is all about his passionate love for Meerab’s character. Watch Video:
I think a lot of people are loving Meerab, a lot of people like meerab, what would you expect a 21 years old girl, who was happy in her life and one day, her father told her that he’s not her father, she’s in trauma, she has that grudge, she is acting accordingly. Watch Video:
Talking about criticism related Meerab’s character she said, “it was a story, it has been written now, all the characters in story were like that now I can’t change it. About Meerab, how can you say she’s dumb?, how can she speak too much in a situation where she’s supposed to stay quiet, how many words can I put in her mouth? I keep on changing her situation and diverting her mind, I think she has performed well, how can I give her ten dialogue when she’s supposed to speak two as per the character. If she would have stood for herself then the story will be wrapped in 20 episodes, I think if you want that you should urge channels should end drama in 18 episodes. Watch Video:
Talking about slaps, she said, it’s about a family, the family has a legacy, if the girl starts dancing with their servants, they will go angry and slap. Talking about Murtasim’s slap she said, “also, Meerab had only insulted Murtasim, whom no one ever talked like this, she’s disrepecting him continuously, she’s bad-mouthing him, I think at that time, the situation needed that slap, not Meerab. He slapped her while being out of his mind, why are people angry on the slap so much:
Talking about Tere Bin flaws she said people should make their hearts big, they should celebrate the success of the show which is making the country’s name big. She further talked about flaws of drama and said, “I could admit the mistakes if the drama was not a hit, listen, if Haya was sent by Maa begum, then why Meerab didn’t go with Murtasim, also, Haya didn’t stop her cousin because she didn’t have to, maybe Haya didn’t want, also why Meerab didn’t tell anyone and played a big game in Maryam’s case. People said Maryam never saw her enemy? To their satisfaction, I would say my brothers and my father’s would know about our family’s enemies, I would not know about them. Maryam wanted her family to meet Zubair, no one was ready to meet him, how can they know about that? Maryam wants others to meet but they are not ready, why would they ask for the pictures:
Well, the writer said that despite the flaws and the faults in characters, the drama has grabbed the huge rating and the viewership. She says that she’s happy because majority is liking her script.
