Drama serial Jalan is coming back on our screens as the Sindh High Court has uplifted the ban and allowed the drama to air. The next episodes will be aired as per schedule only on ARY Digital.
Journalist Omair Alavi announced the news on his Twitter and wrote, “Sindh High Court to the rescue … the next episode of #Jalan will air tomorrow as SHC suspends PEMRA’s ban on the play. This was bound to happen because #PEMRA is supposed to regulate, not ban a drama. Congratulations @fahadmustafa26 @aabis_raza @Jerjees @asfand316 and team!”
Minal Khan shared the news on her Instagram as she is quite happy after receiving this news.
Earlier, PEMRA banned Jalan after receiving numerous complaints from people. Many people complained about the content of the drama which goes against our social and moral values.
