Durefishan Saleem won many hearts with her appearances in dramas Khaie and Ishq Murshid. Her fans were looking forward to seeing her back on their screens and looks like things are moving forward as Durefishan has reportedly signed Hashim Nadeem’s Sanwal Yaar Piya. The script was first offered to Feroze Khan, Iqra Aziz and Imran Ashraf. Things fell out after domestic violence allegations on Froze Khan as Iqra Aziz backed out of the drama and it was temporarily shelved.
A new cast has been locked in for Sanwal Yaar Piya now. This is another mega show by Geo with Wajahat Rauf in the director’s seat while Hashim Nadeem is the writer. We will be seeing Feroze Khan, Durefishan Salem and Ahmed Ali Akbar in the drama now.
