He also revealed why Sarang was presented as a boy as many intersex individuals in our country are seen donning a female presentation. To this he said that there is always a negativity that society attached to such presentation which made him decide to present him as a boy. He also clarified that people talking about surgeries and what not on the internet while Sarang was naturally intersex and the focus of the story was increasing tolerance and not indulging in further medical options.
