Noor Jahan is the recently concluded drama with Saba Hameed and Kubra Khan in the lead. The show broke records and despite being a saas-bahu story, it had enough to outshine many other big dramas airing beside it. Noor Jahan was super successful and everyone on the team was applauded for it.
Nadeem Baig is the mind behind all the content that comes out of Six Sigma Productions and he was a guest on Iffat Omar’s podcast. He shared some unknown facts about the drama and its story. He said that Noor Jahan was basically a story that he came up with. It was the story of a possessive mother and he called Zanjabeel Asim Shah to write it. Zanjabeel then brought it into its final form.

Nadeem Baig went on to reveal that he offered all the bahu characters to some of the biggest names in the industry and they all rejected the drama. He convinced Kubra to sign on as he knew this would go big. The roles were later performed by Alina Abbas Shah and Hajra Yamin and the drama became a mega hit.
