She is also a very active celebrity on social media and she speaks out her mind on politics, social issues and raises her voice for the oppressed of Pakistan. She was also very vocal about the Palestinian issue and used her social platforms to raise awareness.
Anoushey Ashraf was a guest on FHM podcast and she had something to say about nationalism and patriotism. She said that having the emotions of nationalism and patriotism in your heart are important but she does not have those emotions in her blindly now. She is upset with whatever has happened in the country and she feels that just living with it peacefully is the option.
She said that she has patience in her now and the old concepts of extreme love for the country, independence is not there anymore. She is too disheartened and she wants to take time off from working for the country sometimes.
