Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) has ordered to vaccinate all teaching and non-teaching staff members against Coronavirus by the end of next week.
According to details, FDE has directed all educational institutes in Islamabad to ensure COVID-19 vaccination of all teaching and non-teaching staff members by 5 June.

All heads of institutions have also been ordered to submit a report on the vaccination status of all staff members to the FDE after next week.
On the other hand, Federal Government Teachers Association (FGTA) has demanded that teachers should be granted the facility of walk-in vaccination on the basis of service cards.

Earlier this week, Sindh Education and Literacy Department (SELD) decided to vaccinate all teaching and non-teaching staff by setting up COVID-19 vaccination centers in all schools and colleges in the province.
In April this year, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Higher Education Department (HED) had declared COVID-19 vaccination ‘compulsory’ for all students, teachers, and administrative staff of all medical and dental colleges in the province.
