Sindh Govt to Take Over Thousands of Non-Formal Schools

The government of Sindh has decided to take over almost 4,200 non-formal schools that were previously under the management of the National Commission for Human Development (NCHD) and the Basic Education Community School (BECS). The decision was announced by Chief Minister (CM), Syed Murad Ali Shah, during the 42nd meeting of the Council of Common Interest (CCI) on 30 June. Consumer Inflation Falls to 9.7% YoY in June 2021

Pakistan’s consumer’s inflation clocked in at 9.7 percent on a year-on-year (YoY) basis in June 2021 as compared to an increase of 10.9 percent in the previous month and 8.6 percent in June 2020, as revealed by the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS).
