Yousaf Bashir Qureshi comes from a privileged background and he invested all his energies and knowledge in the betterment of people. He has been a farmer, fashion designer, artist and now actor. YBQ has shown his acting prowess in big dramas like Noor Jahan, Kuch Ankahi and nowadays we are seeing him in Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum as Rubab’s father and in Duniyapur as Aurangzeb.
Yousaf Bashir Qureshi was a guest on Something Haute and talked about his journey and making his acting debut in dramas with Sinf e Aahan. He shared that Sinf e Aahan was actually his first drama. He got a call from Nadeem Baig and said yes to it. He played a Baloch sardar who is against girls’ education.
He revealed that Shahzad Nawaz was originally supposed to play the Sardar but he did not have time. Therefore he called Shahzad Nawaz for his blessing before saying yes to the Sardar’s character.
