Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s (KP) Wildlife Department has imposed an entry fee on tourists and vehicles entering Saiful Muluk National Park, Kaghan.
According to Range Officer (RO), Wildlife Department, Mansehra Division, Abdul Basit Khan, the entry fees for adolescents and adults will be Rs. 10 and Rs. 20 respectively while the parking fee has been fixed at Rs. 100.

He added that children aged less than five will be exempted from the entry fee.
The RO revealed that the entry fee at Saiful Muluk National Park has been imposed by Chief Conservator Wildlife Department KP, Mohsin Ali Shah, under Section 29 of KP Wildlife Act 2015.
He said that the revenue generated from the entry fee will be spent on the development of the park and the provision of different facilities to the tourists.

Earlier this month, DPO Mansehra, Asif Bahadur, inaugurated 10 checkposts for the safety of tourists in Kaghan valley.
Around 150 officers, including 20 traffic wardens, have been deployed in Mahandri, Kaghan, Pludrian, Naran, Saiful Muluk Lake, Battakundi, Barawai, Bassil, Gittidas, and Suki Kinari areas.
