The University of Punjab (PU) has announced the schedule for its reopening.
A meeting of the University Deans’ Committee chaired by the Vice-Chancellor was conducted on 1 June, in which it was decided that the M.S./M.Phil/Ph.D. coursework will resume on campus from 7 June 2021.
Similarly, classes for the second semester of BS will recommence in face-to-face mode from 7 June.

The officials decided in the meeting that all the online examinations that are currently underway will be completed online and that the students of the fourth and sixth semester of BS will continue with the online examinations. The Head of Department will inform them about their practical exams.
The new session for the fifth and seventh semesters of BS is tentatively scheduled to begin in September.
Furthermore, the students of the eighth semester of BS and the fourth semesters of M.A/M.Sc. will be permitted to continue with their research work and projects on campus from 7 June after the approval of their Supervisors, Heads of Department, and Deans.

The schedule for the University College of Pharmacy and the Engineering classes will be conveyed to the concerned students by their departments.
The university stated that all the directives and the coronavirus SOPs issued by the NCOC, the HEC, and the HED will be followed in letter and spirit.
