Pakistani philanthropist and Edhi Foundation Chairman, Faisal Edhi, revealed that he has submitted a visa request application to the Palestinian Embassy in Pakistan to fly to the war-torn country and provide help to the innocent Palestinians under attack by the Israeli forces.
“We want to take part in the relief work in Palestine via the Edhi Foundation. Five people, including my son Saad Edhi [and myself], will be going to Palestine,” Faisal informed.

Faisal Edhi confirmed that he has applied for the visa to Palestine and would be traveling there via Egypt.
The renowned humanitarian said that the representatives of his organization met with the Palestinian envoy in the Capital and they were told there is a dire need for medicines in Palestine.
He said that his foundation has arranged a budget of Rs. 25 to 30 million from which they will buy food and medicine from Egypt.

“We do not want any support from the government as we will do everything with the help of people,” he said.
