Pakistan Gets its Largest Vaccination Center

The Government of Sindh has established Pakistan’s largest COVID-19 vaccination center in the Expo Center, Karachi, with the aim to speed up the vaccination process.

It has the capacity to vaccinate 30,000 individuals 24 hours a day every day and will be operational from 9 May.

Sindh’s Chief Minister, Murad Ali Shah, will directly supervise the vaccination process at the center and will ensure that it is conducted in a smooth and efficient manner.

Meanwhile, the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) is likely to close the Adult Vaccination Centres (AVCs) on the three days of Eid, for which people will have to get their second doses administered a bit early or after a few days.
