Some time ago, a picture of Hania Aamir in a hijab went viral. However, Hania never really spoke about it, nor did she mention anything. But recently, in an interview, Hania shared how and why did she opt for a hijab.
In a video gone viral, Hania Aamir says, “My family moved to Abbotabad for some time. The atmosphere there is very conservative as women usually cover up when they go out. So I thought why shouldn’t I try the same without being judged for that.”

Hania further added that people started talking and so she just took it off. “People said I was doing it for a number of reasons and I felt, this wasn’t right for people to be talking. So I just took it off. It was just a turban and a scarf and I kind of felt cool wearing it,” said the Parwaaz Hai Junoon actress.
Hania Aamir can be currently seen in Dil Ruba on Hum TV and Ishqiya on ARY Digital opposite Feroze Khan. Both of Hania’s performances are being highly appreciated for her diversified characters and her powerful portrayal of them.
