Sindh Likely to Start New Academic Session Online

The number of coronavirus cases in Sindh is continuously increasing and it is being speculated that the new academic session 2021-22 will not start with physical classes.

According to the details, the new academic session was expected to start in face-to-face mode from 2 August, however, the coronavirus situation in the province is quite alarming.

There are doubts regarding the start of the new academic session in online mode as well and no final decision has been taken yet.

Due to several issues, the educational institutions themselves are not ready to start the new education session 2021/22 online, and the parents are in favor of educating their children online for the second year in a row as well.

Parents say that in online classes they do not see any academic progress in their children that a student should have in relation to his/her respective class, adding that they are getting promoted to the next class without any improvement in their qualifications.
