The government of Punjab has reportedly finalized plans to end load shedding and tripping across the entire provincial block after several months of resorting to short-term solutions with long-term infrastructural costs.
At the same time, the provincial cabinet has also approved a Punjab-specific grid and transmission company to entertain large-scale power and energy projects in the future.
