The Higher Education Commission (HEC) is offering Ph.D. and MS/MPhil scholarships to outstanding Pakistanis, and particularly to people from Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
The Ph.D. scholarships are being offered in selected fields and the MS/MPhil scholarships are being offered for Engineering Technology.
These scholarships are for the Spring-Fall session (2022) at HEC-identified top-ranked foreign institutions in developed countries.

Although most of the HEC’s instructions and requirements seem to be the standard from the outset, applicants are advised to consider all their options before pursuing higher education in the specified prospective fields.
