Islamabad’s Excise and Taxation Department (E&T) has decided to facilitate vehicle owners by extending the deadline for token tax submission to 30 June 2021. The order for this relaxation was reportedly issued by the office yesterday.
As per the official notice, citizens will be able to submit their token tax amounts at the excise office between 9 am and 8 pm. The time for fee submission has also been extended beyond office hours to allow the public to conveniently submit their fees before the deadline to avoid burdening them with unnecessary fines.
