Samar Jafri is a rising Pakistani star who has proved himself as an actor in his debut project. Fans loved his excellent performance in the famous Pakistani drama serial”Mayi Ri” as Fakhir. Samar Jafri captured the hearts of millions of fans through his character. He became the talk of the town soon after the success of his show. Besides this, Samar Jafri has interest in music and he produces and sings amazing songs. He has been part of the industry since childhood and had appeared in commercials as a child artist.
Lately, Samar Jafri appeared in Hafiz Ahmed’s podcast where he talked about getting role in Mayi Ri, his earnings and the success after Mayi Ri. He also shared his opinion on public criticism on work and personal life. He informed fans about family as well. Well, he is the youngest son and has only one sister.
Talking about earnings, he said, “I earn well and I spend the money on myself, I keep the hold of all my payments”. He further added that he feels hesitant while asking for the money from parents. He said that he doesn’t do savings and loves to spend on himself.
Talking about fetching Mayi Ri as the main lead, he said, “I was given the drama after multiple auditions for various other projects. I was already doing theatre, although, I didn’t get payment of those plays. At that time, I was already disheartened due to rejections and non payment issues. All the artist wants is acknowledgement and timely payments. I was annoyed when I received Naveed bhai’s call who was from Big Bang Productions. I gave a bad audition. I urged him to take the audition again but he didn’t agree to it. One day, I received a call. He said, ‘you are locked in for the role’. I loved the script.
Talking about success, he said that he came to know about his success through the increase in his Instagram followers, his messages and drama reels. He said, “if you have good company and training, you will stay humble and grounded and will handle success calmly”. Here is the link to the video:
