Although, Maria B is a very successful business woman, but she has gone through a tough time in her real life. She shared the sorrow of losing her children in a podcast with Usama Ghazi.
Talking about it, Maria B said, “I have seen many difficulties in my life. My personal life has been very tough. I have lost two kids as well. When I lost one of them, I almost had a nervous breakdown. When you lose a child, it’s a very difficult time. I was in shock because my child was taken away from me; I don’t want to get into the details of it. I wasn’t talking to anyone; I couldn’t hear anything. I was clueless. The first voice I heard was that of Azaan. I had that trauma in 22 years which is a very sensitive age for dealing with traumas but I believe you can cope with any difficulty if Allah is with you; with Allah’s help, you heal”.
