The actress rose to popularity in India after appearing in her hit drama serial Mere Humsafar.
Hania Aamir also made headlines after meeting Indian singer Badshah. The two celebrities held multiple meet-ups in Dubai. Lately, Hania Aamir appeared in BBC Asia’s show, hosted by Haroon Rasheed. She also opened up about friendship with ace singer Badshah.
Talking about it, Hania Aamir said, “He commented on one of my Instagram reels when my friend told me that Badshah commented on your post to which I was shocked and upon checking I found out his message too, and then we started having chit chat on Instagram”. The actress didn’t reveal who first sent the DM. She said, “I would tell you about it behind the camera but it was quite a different interaction and I didn’t text him because he was a superstar but because he was a cool person and our interaction was really nice”. Talking about their camaraderie, she said, “Badshah is a great friend and he is such a nice and simple human being, apart from his Badshah persona, he is a kind person, he’s so real, that’s why we are friends. He always asks about me if I don’t post Instagram reels”
Talking about her popularity in India , she said, “it is not strange, I always feel that we (Indians and Pakistanis) are alike, it is really difficult to not like each other, but I sometimes feel sad that I can’t meet them and thank them in person but I meet them outside Pakistan and I share a great bond with them.
