Bollywood singer Kanika Kapoor has been making headlines ever since she first took to social media to announce that she has been tested positive for COVID-19. The ‘Baby Doll’ singer has a travel history to London and returned to the country on March 9.
Having come in contact with several people before he tested positive, the singer has been making headlines for the same. Now, Kanika has deleted the Instagram post in which she announced about herself testing positive. The reason for the same is unknown. The ‘Baby Doll’ singer is currently undergoing treatment at Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGIMS) in Lucknow. In a lengthy statement, Kanika had shared, “For the past 4 days I have had signs of flu, I got myself tested and it came positive for Covid-19. My family and I are in complete quarantine now and following medical advice on how to move forward. Contact mapping of people I have been in touch with is underway as well.”
On Tuesday, Kanika Kapoor was tested positive for coronavirus for the third time. She is being treated at the Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGIMS) in Lucknow. Director Prof R. K. Dhiman of the hospital said that her treatment will be continued until at least two of the tests show her negative.
