Amid this, the background dancers have now started leaving Mumbai for their hometowns, even though the Government has suggested the citizens to avoid non-essential travel. Speaking to a leading daily, Zahid Shaikh, the President of Cine Dancers Association, said the shoots were not to begin anytime soon, and the background dancers were leaving for their hometown since it is difficult for one to make ends meet in Mumbai when there's no work.

He also informed that as many as six songs were supposed to be shot in between March 14 and the first week of April, all of which got stalled. This included one song from Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt's Brahmastra, which was scheduled to be shot on March 26th but has now been pushed to April 6th.
