MIT Develops Sensors Embedded in Clothes to Monitor Your Health

Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) has come up with a COVID-19 sensor that can be embedded into clothing and monitors the wearer’s health vitals. These sensors are responsible for monitoring the vital signs of the body like respiratory rate, heart rate, and body temperature.
These sensors can be integrated into any clothing including polyester which is usually used for athletic wear. The sensors are very thin and therefore protect the aesthetics of the garment’s design. These sensors are also waterproof which means these are machine washable and can also be removed and re-used in different garments.
In particular, this could be a cost-effective and time-saving way for patients with chronic illnesses that require constant check-ups to be in touch with their doctors. The individuals can themselves collect the data and send it to their doctors who can then remotely monitor the condition, resulting in an automated process that makes it easier for both the patients and the doctor..

Kia Reveals Sporty Euro-Spec Picanto Facelift [Pictures]

Kia Picanto, also known as the Kia Morning back home in Korea, has just had a makeover that is actually quite clever. The Korean manufacturer that was once far from popular in the automotive industry, has now begun to garner serious attention with its bold designs and cutting-edge features.

The grille outline now features a textured finish, which extends into the restyled headlamps to make an unbroken crease which, according to Kia, is a design quirk that makes the car look more planted and wide.
On the front, along with a refreshed grille and front bumper design, the car features sharper-looking projector headlamps. In the headlight design,..

The letter further asked PIA to take measures to ensure that such a situation does not emerge in the future.
On 22 May, ATC had warned the pilot of the plane’s unusually high speed and altitude before its final approach. However, the pilot did not heed ATC’s warnings, according to the letter.
The federal government is of the view that CAA should have provided this information to the 4-member inquiry board investigating the crash rather than sending it on its own to the PIA.
