Kashif Nisar is a director par excellence. In an industry which is churning out similar content, Kashif has produced projects that touch a nerve and all his dramas always have an underlying message targeting something considered taboo in Pakistan. Kashif was a guest on Iffat Omar’s Say It All and he stated his opinion on Barzakh. He said that no one should be stopped from speaking what they want to speak. He added that he has not seen Barzakh but his advice is to always be subtle about topics that are not culturally acceptable. Respecting cultural boundaries is better as you close doors for many others when you make content that is too on the face.
